Shipping policy

Unfortunately due to the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) as of 13th December 2024 we will no longer be shipping to countries within the EU and Northern Ireland. Orders placed will therefore be cancelled. This is sad news for both us and our customers, but we will be keeping an eye on the new regulations for any changes.

ALL SWIMWEAR IS MADE TO ORDER

Please allow up to 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday) for all made to order products to be made. Your order will be shipped on the following business day.

Orders are not processed on Weekends and UK Bank Holidays.

Products in our READY TO SHIP edit are ready made and ready to ship. Please allow 2 - 3 business days (Monday-Friday) for your ready to ship order to be processed before shipping.

All shipping prices include postage and packaging.

FREE STANDARD UK SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £80

UK Standard Shipping orders are shipped by Royal Mail 1st Class tracked and signed for delivery. This service requires a signature on delivery.

Price: £5.00 This usually takes up to 2 working days.

UK Express Shipping orders are shipped by Royal Mail special delivery. This service requires a signature on delivery.

Price: £10.00 Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Monday - Friday

Please note made to order items will still take up to 7 business days to be made. Your order will then be shipped with Express Shipping and arrive the next day.

FREE STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £150

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery. This service offers end to end tracking and does not require a signature on delivery.

Price: £15.00

This typically takes 3-5 business days for Europe and 5-7 business days for Worldwide delivery.

Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary during peak and holiday periods.

We cannot be held responsible for any customs delays once your order is in your destination country.

We entrust our delivery partner Royal Mail to deliver your package within the time frames stated above. We are not responsible for late shipments due to delays, strikes, severe weather conditions or public holidays. We are not responsible for undeliverable parcels and additional delivery charges may apply if a delivery is returned. Missed deliveries tend to be attempted again the next business day, before being delivered to your local Royal Mail delivery office. Please keep an eye on your tracking information to locate your package.
