What does made to order mean?
Made to order means we only produce the product ordered once you place your order with us. Made to order products are non refundable as we do not hold stock in these items.
Being a majority made to order brand means we are able offer a large selection of styles and sizes, despite being a small brand.
How do i know if an item is made to order or ready to ship?
Our made to order items will state this in the product description and our ready to ship items can be found in our ready to ship collection edit. Please read product descriptions as some sizes may be in stock and ready to ship and others may be made to order.
Are your sizes true to size?
Yes. e.g. Our UK10 is a standard UK10. If you're a UK10/12 we suggest you go for a size UK12

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we offer worldwide shipping.
Where are your products made?
Our products are made in London, England by seamstresses and our founder and designer Fallanne.
When will i receive my order after i have checked out?
Please allow up to 7 business days for all made to order products to be made. We then ship all orders the following business day. This usually takes up to 2 business days if you're in the UK.
Shipping will take longer for international customers.

Do you accept returns and refunds?
We offer refunds on full price ready to ship products.
We do not offer refunds on full price and sale made to order items. However we do offer exchanges and returns for store credit on made to order items.
We only offer exchanges and returns if the hygiene sticker is still in tact, in original condition/unworn and the swing tag has not been removed.

Where is your fabric manufactured?
Our fabric is manufactured in Europe and printed in the United Kingdom with our exclusively designed prints.
Our printed and solid colour fabrics are manufactured in Italy.
Will my order look exactly like the image on site?
Print placement may vary from the image on site, therefore your item will not look exactly like the product on the model.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes we do! You can get a E-gift card here at a range of prices.
Do you accept Clearpay/Afterpay as a payment method?
Yes we do. Please visit our Pay later with Clearpay page on the website for more information. We also accept PayPal Pay In 3.
How do I care for my swimwear?
To ensure long lasting quality we recommend:
- Rinse your swimwear after use in cold water
- Machine wash on 30°
- Be cautious of rough surfaces as this can cause pulling and snagging to fabric
- Sun cream, tanning oils/creams or chlorine can damage and discolour swimwear, so ensure you rinse your swimwear after exposure to these products

Do you take custom orders?
No we do not take custom orders.
My order has been shipped but it is delayed. Can i be refunded for my order before it arrives?
We are unable to refund you for an order that is already in transit. Unfortunately when shipping delays occur they are out of our control. Please contact us and we can investigate the delay for you. Once an order is returned to us we can then issue you a refund or store credit.
If i bought an item at full price and now it is in the sale can i get a refund on the difference?
If you placed an order before the product went on sale, you will not be able to ask for a refund.
