Refund policy

We understand online shopping can be tricky so we are aware the wrong size can be ordered. To avoid an exchange please ensure you have contacted us if you have any issues regarding sizing. 

Made to order products are exchange only as we make your item for you once you place your order with us.

We do not offer refunds on made to order or sale products, however you can return your made to order product for store credit. Store credit can be used within 1 year from issue date.

Refunds on full price ready to ship products may take up to 30 days.

We offer exchanges or returns on products if there is a fault with the product or you may need a change in size or style. 

In order to be eligible for an exchange please do the following:

  • Please ensure you have contacted us via email within 7 days of receipt if you would like an exchange and we will we send you an address to return your product to.  After this 7 day period we will assume the item was satisfactory and well received. 
  • You may return items within 30 days of receipt. After this period we are unable to accept any returns.
  • All returned products are your responsibility until back in our possession. This means returns postage will be covered by you. We recommend you send this back to us with signed for/tracked delivery to ensure the product does not get lost. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Please state the reason for the exchange i.e. size, faulty etc
  • Please ensure the hygiene sticker is still in tact, has not been removed and the swing tag is still attached.

Please try on products with care. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks and not damaged.

If we do not feel the item has been returned in the same condition that the item was sent out in, we will not be exchanging this product for you. If you have stated the product was faulty we will also inspect this once sent back to us. If we do not agree that there is a fault, we will not be exchanging this product for you and we will send this back to you at your cost. 

Once your return has been received, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an E-gift card for the value of your return. You are then able to reorder at your earliest convenience.

Gift card balances expire 1 year from issue date.

Or if you would like to exchange for a new size, your new order will begin to be made once your return has been received. This can take a further 7-10 business days for your items to be made. Postage and packaging will be required for your exchange item to be sent out to you. A payment link will be sent once we confirm receipt of your return.

Please note you have 1 hour to cancel your order after purchase to be eligible for a full refund. After this time your order will be processed.

We have the right to cancel an order for any reason without communicating this with you prior to cancellation. You will receive a full refund followed by a cancellation email.
