We understand online shopping can be tricky so we are aware the wrong size can be ordered. To avoid an exchange please ensure you have contacted us if you have any issues regarding sizing.
MADE TO ORDER products are non refundable. As we make your item for you once you place your order with us.
All MADE TO ORDER products will state this in the product description.
We do not offer refunds on MADE TO ORDER or SALE products. All SALE items in this collection are final.
Any items discounted from the original price in the SALE edit or MADE TO ORDER items can be exchanged or returned for store credit. Store credit can be used within 1 year from issue date.
Full price READY TO SHIP products can be returned for a refund.
READY TO SHIP products in Flash sales or other promotions and full price READY TO SHIP products purchased with discount codes are refundable.
All READY TO SHIP products are in our READY TO SHIP collection edit.
Refunds on full price READY TO SHIP products may take up to 14 business days.
Faulty items may be returned and this will not affect your statutory rights.
If you received free shipping and you return your full order, we will be deducting the shipping costs from your refund.
To return an item, please do the following:
- Please ensure you have contacted us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt if you would like to return or exchange your order. After this 7 day period we will assume your order was satisfactory and well received.
- Please title your email with your order number eg. #3210
- Please state which item you would like to return and the reason i.e. size, faulty etc This information is important for us to log your return and begin the returns process. Not including which item and the reason for your return will result in a delay to creating a return.
- Please ensure the hygiene sticker is still in tact, has not been removed and the swing tag is still attached.
We will then provide you with our returns address for you to return your unwanted item.
You have 14 days to return your order after the delivery date. After this period we are unable to accept any returns.
All returned products are your responsibility until back in our possession. This means returns postage will be covered by you. We recommend you send this back to us with signed for/tracked delivery to ensure the product does not get lost. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please try on products with care. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, free from marks and not damaged. Please do not remove your underwear when trying on any of our products.
If we do not feel the item has been returned in the same condition that the item was sent out in, we will not be accepting your return. If you have stated the product was faulty we will also inspect this once sent back to us. If we do not agree that there is a fault, we will not be accepting your return and we will send this back to you at your cost.
Once your return has been received and quality checked, we will begin to process your refund if eligible or you will receive a confirmation email followed by an E-gift card for the value of your return. You are then able to reorder at your earliest convenience.
Gift card balances expire 1 year from issue date.
Or if you would like to exchange for a new size, your new order will begin to be made once your return has been received. This can take up to a further 7 business days for your items to be made. Postage and packaging will be required for your exchange item to be sent out to you. A payment link will be sent once we confirm receipt of your return.
Please note you have 1 hour to cancel your order after purchase to be eligible for a full refund. After this time your order will be processed.

SUNDAY LONDON monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and cancel orders. Returns received that do not satisfy our return policy are subject to return shipping charges.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON WITHOUT COMMUNICATING THIS WITH YOU PRIOR TO CANCELLATION. YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND FOLLOWED BY A CANCELLATION EMAIL.
THIS INCLUDES CANCELLING AN ORDER IF A CUSTOMER ORDERS A LARGE AMOUNT OF THE SAME PRODUCTS IN VARIOUS SIZES, WHICH WE BELIEVE IS FOR TRYING ON PURPOSES ONLY.
